What’s in it for you (but about me).

This is where you would normally type something about me and my training.  I want to write this about me in how I can benefit you.

What your reading every time you open a blog post of mine is almost 20 years of experience training, helping and motivating clients from all walks of life.

Whether your young or young at heart I gear my training around what your strengths and weaknesses are.  If your shoulder isn’t strong enough to lift a bag of flour above your hear I’ll use my 10 years of post-rehab knowledge to get you back to where you need to be.

By me staying active (with hiking, cycling, rock climbing and lots of reading) it can benefit you by me having the hands on experience to be that great trainer your looking for.
